GUIDELINES FOR POTLUCKS: ADULTS ONLY at Potlucks. Potlucks are for Singleaire members. Guests

who have participated in that day's activity and others, such as visiting family members, may also attend as guests.

When a potluck location is ANNOUNCED AT THE HIKE, only members and guests who have participated in that

day’s activity will be eligible to participate. We are guests in our host's home. Treat them and their home with

respect! Potlucks start at 5 PM with drinks and snacks followed by salads, main dish, and desserts at 6 PM. A

Conservation Fund donation of 50 cents is suggested. Boots should be removed before entering the home of our host

or hostess. Bring your dish already prepared or, if last minute prep is necessary, please do it yourself. Pizza that

needs to be cooked or warmed takes too much oven space. If brought, it will be served as is. At potlucks, the kitchen

is to be cleaned up by co-hosts. Potluck attendees are to take their serving dishes, as well as their own plates and

cups home without washing. Do not wash them at the host’s sink.

THINK CONSERVATION. Bring your own utensils, REUSABLE plate and cup. Preference in line at serving

goes to those who bring their own. Help recycle, pick up, and dispose of trash after the potluck. Please stay out of the

kitchen unless you are the host or co-host. Valuable belongings should not be left unattended at the potluck. If you

are bringing a DRINK, remember that this means either beer/white wine (NO red), and NO Cola drinks.
