- Hiking Schedule
- Annual summer BMG potluck and BBQ to be held July 5

3) Hike Leader Training & Potluck (Sharon Chuang)
- Hike leader training potluck to be hosted by Robbie Chung confirmed for
Saturday, May 24
- Status on who has RSVPed
- Discussion of hike leader training and policy setting to be reviewed at potluck including draft letter.

4) Conservation Report (Cynthia Denny)
- Looking for delegates to the CRNCC convention in June and need to discuss if any BMG resolutions should be brought to the state level. 
 - Request for $200.00 in funds to be used for the Open Space Ballot measure for the cost of petition signature gathering.
