Thus a typical Saturday 4D outing encompasses 15-20 miles of distance and 3000-4000' of elevation gain.

hills, stairs and historic landmarks of this wonderful City-by-the-Bay. No
Host Carpool: 7:50am at Hwy 280 and Edgewood Rd Park&Ride, or, 8:30am at
Fort Mason by Greens Restaurant.

start at the main parking lot of Hidden Villa and hike to the top
of Black Mountain with a break for lunch on loop trail just beyond
Black Mountain. Meet at 8:30am at Hidden Villa parking lot. Rain
