A = Less than 1000 feet of total elevation gain
B = 1000 to 2000 feet
C = 2000 to 3000 feet
D = 3000 to 4000 feet
E = 4000 to 5000 feet
(etc)
For example, a 4C hike would be up to 20 miles and up to 3000' gain.

Meet at 6:00 pm at Crocker Gate (the corner of Crocker Ave and South Hill Blvd).

Hike through the redwoods in Sam McDonald and over to Butano Ridge on this loop trip. Meet at
the Park & Ride at Page Mill Road and Highway 280 at 7:30 am or Sam McDonald headquarters at 9:10 am.

Meet the leader at 6:00 pm sharp for a fast hike in Rancho. Meet by the restrooms in the lower parking
lot. Bring food, water and jacket.

Hike some trails we don't often take on this
visit to Pt. Reyes National Seashore. Meet at Edgewood & 280 P&R at
7:30 am. Optional dinner after the hike.

Fast paced evening hike through Windy Hill.
Bring water, snacks, and a windbreaker. Meet at the park (lower parking
lot) at 6 pm.

Sweeney Ridge Discovery Site to San Pedro Park to Montara Mountain to Linda Mar Beach to Mori Point
and return via Mori Ridge Trail. Could be foggy and cool, so prepare accordingly. Carpool at
Edgewood Road and Highway 280 Park & Ride at 8:15 am.
