The Loma Prieta Chapter welcomes Carrie Hudiburgh as our new Volunteer Coordinator and Office Manager. Hudiburgh, 41, holds a bachelor’s degree from Chico State University in finance and business.
Before joining the Chapter office, Hudiburgh worked in the dot-com world, then served as office manager for two years at Noyce Foundation, which awards grants for public schools in math, science, and literacy.
“After the dot-com job, I knew I wanted to do either nonprofit or foundation work,” says Hudiburgh. “I think this kind of work is important.”
Hudiburgh also volunteers extensive hours each week at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Palo Alto. She has lived in Sunnyale for the past 10 years.
Hudiburgh can be found at the Chapter office Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
