Evacuation routes
From
Highway 20 put-in, a 4WD trail runs along river right along the 2 miles
of the North Fork of Cache Creek until the confluence with the main
stem of Cache Creek. At the confluence, the 4WD trail jumps across the
river to river right of the main stem, and runs for 3 miles through
Wilson Valley.
Thereafter
Cache Creek flows through a wilderness area, where the best exit is to
follow the river bank to the takeout or the put-in.
