The RCS is alive and well (some might argue...infirm and aging), but no longer has its own newsletter or website.
Monthly meetings are no longer held.
However, you can subscribe to their electronic mailing list forum, lomap-rcs-forum, as described below.
The RCS reserves campsites in Yosemite Valley and Tuolumne during the spring, summer and fall, open to RCS members and friends, first come, first serve.
Reservations and details are posted on the lomap-rcs-forum.

Subscribe to the RCS mailing list by sending an email to
listserv@lists.sierraclub.org
where the body of the message is the one line command
| SUBSCRIBE lomap-rcs-forum yourfirstname yourlastname |
Your email's subject line doesn't matter.
You will get an information message when you subscribe, or you can get the same information message by using INFO
instead of SUBSCRIBE in the command line above.
Be sure to subscribe from the email address from which you wish to receive the broadcast.
