#4b attachment:  Dear Melissa,

I am a new member to Sierra Club and would like to know if this chapter will take a stand against the proposed development of a casino by Miwok Natives at the Santa Clara/San Benito County border along highway 25. I am willing to write to boards of supervisors to express my deepest opposition to this abusive exploitation of this beautiful area.

My information comes from the SJ Mercury News story earlier this week.

If you have any other information that I could use to draft an intelligible and factual letter, I’d appreciate it very much. I’ve not publicly opposed land use development before and would appreciate any guidelines on how to do so.
