a. Note: Mayfield goes to council on 1/18
5. BAREC (Bay Area Research and Extension Center)/Santa Clara: Guest Speaker: Erwin Ordonez/Senior Housing Planner in the Housing & Community Services Division, City of Santa Clara (time?)
Note from Shiloh: The intent here is to use this meeting and the generosity of Santa Clara's planning staff time (a neutral party in this debate who is willing to come to an evening meeting) to learn about this site in a nonconfrontational and educational setting. For some in the enviro community the development of BAREC is heartbreaking. For others, it seems like an obvious infill opportunity. I'm hoping we can use this as a learning opportunity as we continue to develop the Committee's maturity and intellect on land use.
6. Mayfield/Mtn View update: Shiloh, Irvin, Ginny (?): Time?
7. Strategic Planning/Karen (Time?)
a. How items can added to agenda
b. Proposal to lower voting requirement to 2 meetings attendance if member is subscribed to LOMAP
